We had our first 'family vacation' and went to Key Allegro for the weekend with the Hanna's. The men packed their kayaks and headed out bright and early one morning to fish, leaving the women and kids at home. But, we still had Hudson's $10 Spiderman fishing pole and some thawed out frozen shrimp and that ended up being all we needed for Mommy to catch this cool stingray. It was really hard reeling it in, but Aunt Brittany helped, and so did a boat-full of passerbyers who helped us get it on the dock. Luckily his stinger had already been cut off. It was a great fishing day for the girls, who also caught a blue crap and several other (throw-away) fish!
