Let's Talk About it!

We had an ARD for Mason to see if he qualifies for speech services through the school district, since he'll soon be turning 3 and will be released from ECI's care and services. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that he did not qualify because he has made so much progress with ECI's help that his speech delay falls under the realm of the average/normal child. He is still on the low end of the bell curve, but not at the point where he needs the help the school's speech therapist could offer. So, Hensley and I are busy checking out our options of things to do to work with him at home to make sure that he doesn't loose any of his words and continues to make progress.
