Today, Mason celebrated Holy Communion with the family. It just so happened to be the weekend of his baptismal birthday also (he was baptized on August 14). We communed as a family and Mason did great taking the bread, dipping it in the wine, and ate the whole thing! We were all so proud of him. Momo came too, along with Mason's godparents Aunt Brittany and Uncle John. Hudson and Cortland received a blessing from the pastor and Carter even got to partake in communion today, as he reaced for the bread so Maria obliged him. Mason even gave kisses to his Godfather. We are glad their were able to come share this day with us.
